北京中山盛世雕塑院是从事雕塑艺术品设计制作铸造的企业。2007年底著名企业家、武汉文星雕塑董事长易家文先生进驻北京，筹建北京中山盛世雕塑院。易家文先生于1972年创建武汉文星雕塑，从业30多年来，经过不断的探索、学习、创新，文星现已发展为华中地区最具规模的大型专业化雕塑公司，服务范围涵盖雕塑的设计、制作、铸造、安装、维护等全套项目，拥有强大的专业设计团队，与众多高等院校知名教授、著名雕塑家保持长期良好的合作关系，是中国艺术铸造协会会员单位。
中山雕塑院位于朝阳区金盏乡沙窝村的沙窝北路与焦沙路交汇处，全院占地11亩，建筑面积8000平方米。全院的布局分四大块，雕塑设计制作;雕塑铸造安装、雕塑教学和传统雕塑研究所。本院配有创作设计室、天光雕塑工作室、展厅、办公室、电子会议室。制作区有放大车间、翻制车间、蜡型车间、砂铸车间、精密铸造车间、精修车间、上色车间。生活区有招待所、职工宿舍、职工澡堂、食堂餐厅、娱乐室、投影室。本院规模适中、配备750公斤的两座现代化变频炉、三个立方的电窑培烧炉、两台5吨跨度19.5米航车及两台1吨航车、数控和砂机、静置桶、除水桶、大功率打砂机、冷捍机、氩弧气焊等设备一应俱全。雕塑家及业内同仁公认本院是雕塑创作设计、制作、铸造、培训的理想场地。
中央美院雕塑研究所著名雕塑家曹春生、李守仁，中国传媒大学美术研究所所长著名国画家叶建新、博士后油画家金妹，中国美协会员、国画家卢志学等一批著名雕塑家、画家都在我院设有工作室。传媒大学美术传播研究所在本院设立雕塑研究中心。
本院硬件建设按雕塑产品从创作、设计、制作、铸造到后期处理进行了配套，放大间能制作8米高、面积近800平方米的大型浮雕板，铸造车间内中频炉、焙烧炉等设备，在我国艺术铸造业内处于技术先进、节能环保、设备一流的领先地位。
我院有先进的创作、设计、管理理念和制作技术，有一批高素质的雕塑设计、制作和管理人才，而且有雕塑家、院校专业教授和友人做我们发展的项目外援。每个项目预先有方案，执行有计划，工作有记录，交接有手续，完成有总结，每道工序都有责任人，负责签字交接，确保每件产品的品质。
